GAA has partnered with NXG strategies to deliver a comprehensive program to meet and exceed all Red Flag Compliance Regulations.

To help with detecting and preventing identity theft for all your accounts NXG provides training and material on how to implement and maintain red flag compliance.
Keeping You Protected
If there is a valid case of identity theft, NXG will provide the account holder service through their IDSafeChoice program. The account holder is assigned a Personal Recovery Advocate. The advocate advises the plan member of their rights and goes to work to stop the damage.
A customized recovery plan is created after the advocate researches all three credit platforms and identity databases scan to uncover other fraud.
The Advocate works directly with the credit bureaus, Social Security, The Postal Service, Department of Motor Vehicles, FTC, Local and Federal Law Enforcement, Individual Creditors, banks, etc.
The Plan Member will receive updates of the work and follow up provided by the advocate.
A Consolidated “Significant Incidents” report will be provided to meet the needs of the annual board reporting requirement.
